25 Magical Cottages Taken Straight From A Fairy Tale

It’s often said that home is where the heart is, but I’m sure that most of us would easily fall in love with these fairytale cottages and leave our old homes behind in a heartbeat.

What goes in to making a fairytale cottage? First of all, it’s clear that you need a rural setting, preferably a forest with witches and wolves or fairies and elves hiding behind every tree and rock.In fact they might as well have been taken directly off the pages of a The Brothers Grimm book, they are so true to the magical realms they are created after.

  1. I love these cottages, especially the last one and its surroundings – that would be my dream place if I was 15 or so. Are these places real? Now I’m dreaming about beautiful and romantic places in Canada. Which one would you prefer?

  2. Thank you so much. Yes, these places are very real, for every cottagge, there is an explanation too but that would be to long to write here. I like all but let’s say Rustic Way Whimsical House in Minnesota is nice. And last one is awesome too, Japan makes everything great.
